The Challenge
Ageing pumps and switchgear were driving rising failure rates at a station that cannot be taken offline. IEMAS was engaged to modernise the asset while maintaining continuous supply.
Our Solution
We phased the works around demand, replacing pumps, motors and controls in sequence with temporary provision in place, supported by full electrical testing and commissioning at each stage.
The Outcome
The station was returned to service with improved reliability and a measurable drop in energy use, with no interruption to supply across the programme.
